Marinated chicken wings in coconut milk and lime

Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Pour the chicken wings through a sieve and catch the marinade (use this for example for a chicken soup with coconut).

Place the chicken wings with the adhering garlic and lime zest on a baking tray. Grind a little chilli and salt, drizzle with the oil and mix well with your hands. Roast the chicken wings for about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Shake them briefly and roast for another 15 minutes until the chicken is brown and cooked on all sides.

Transfer to a preheated dish and sprinkle with the coriander and seroendeng.

Delicious with a dip of soy sauce, chili or satay sauce.
