Meatball with potatoes and green beans
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, milk, white bread (without crust), minced beef, semi-minced (organic), egg, grovemosterd, nutmeg (grated), salted butter, crumbled potatoes, green beans and smoked low-fat bacon cubes (duopak 250 g).

Pour the milk into a bowl and place the bread in it.

Mix the ground beef with the half-to-half mince and the egg.

Squeeze out the bread and mix it through.

Add the mustard and nutmeg, and salt and pepper to taste.

Knead well.

Turn 4 balls with wet hands.

Heat the butter in a frying pan.

If the butter does not foam, add the meatballs and roast them over medium heat in 5 minutes.

Turn the heat down and roast the meatballs for 20 minutes until done, with the lid slanted on the pan.

Turn them regularly.
-
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes.
-
Boil them in water with salt in 20 minutes until done.

Remove the stalk from the beans and cook in 8 min.

Until al dente.

Bake the bacon for 5 minutes in a non-stick pan.

Mix through the cooked beans.

Put the potatoes, the beans and the meatballs on 4 plates and pour some of the frying liquid from the potatoes..
