Fusilli with peppers and sausages


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pepper mix (3 pieces, green, red and yellow), olive oil, onions (in half rings), tomato paste (70 g), vinegar, dried thyme, fusilli (pasta, bag 500 g) and Tuscan sausages (270 g).

Directions

  1. Cut the peppers into strips of 1/2 cm. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 2 min. Add the bell pepper and cook for another 3 min. Add the tomato puree, vinegar and thyme and pepper and salt to taste. Leave for 10 minutes on low heat with the lid on the pan.
  2. In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Mix through the paprika mixture.
  3. Heat the rest of the oil in a pan and fry the sausages in 8 min. Until done. Cut the sausages into slanting slices and scoop over the pasta. Tasty with some finely chopped parsley.
