Chicken fillet filled with sundried tomatoes
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillets (a ca. 125 g), sun-dried tomatoes in oil (pot a 280 g), mozzarella (cheese), broccoli, butter and potato slices (700 g).

Cut chicken fillets in length.

To cut and mix to and mozzarella.

Fill chicken with mixture and seal with cocktail stick.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Clean broccoli.

Fry half of butter in casserole and cook potato slices according to instructions.

Heat the remainder of the butter in frying pan and fry chicken breasts for about 12 minutes until tender and brown.

Cook the broccoli in 5 minutes.

Serving chicken with potato slices and broccoli..
