Light the barbecue. Squeeze the garlic over a bowl. Mix with the soy sauce, oil, vinegar and caster sugar. Season with sambal and salt.

Roll the salmon fillets through the marinade, cover the dish and let the salmon marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour. Change regularly.

Take the salmon out of the marinade and let it drain. Grill 6 minutes on the grill topper or in a grill dish. Turn halfway. Brush the fish 1-2 times with the rest of the marinade while grilling. Tasty with a slice of lime.
