Tartlet with mushrooms

A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: walnuts, flour, cold butter (diced), eggs, lemon, olive oil, onions (finely chopped), mushroom melange (brushed fresh), fresh parsley (finely chopped) and whipped cream.

Directions

  1. Roast the walnuts in a pan with non-stick coating until they discolour slightly.
  2. Let them cool and grind them in the food processor.
  3. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the butter, 2 tsp salt, an egg and the walnuts.
  4. Knead a smooth dough with cool hands.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  6. Roll out the dough on a floured countertop to a round slice, slightly larger than the pie shape.
  7. Line the shape with the dough.
  8. Bake the bare soil for 15 minutes in the oven.
  9. Clean the lemon and grate the peel off.
  10. Heat the oil in a frying pan and glaze the onion.
  11. Bake the mushrooms until they are brown.
  12. Pour in the parsley and half of the lemon zest (discard the remainder).
  13. Season with salt and pepper.
  14. Beat 3 eggs with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and the whipped cream.
  15. Pour this mixture over the pie base and spread the mushrooms over it.
  16. Bake for another 20 minutes in the oven..
