Tartlet with mushrooms
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: walnuts, flour, cold butter (diced), eggs, lemon, olive oil, onions (finely chopped), mushroom melange (brushed fresh), fresh parsley (finely chopped) and whipped cream.

Roast the walnuts in a pan with non-stick coating until they discolour slightly.

Sift the flour into a bowl, add the butter, 2 tsp salt, an egg and the walnuts.
