Spicy cauliflower stew with tuna


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, cauliflower, potatoes (table, 800 g), red peppers, onions, garlic, sunflower oil, curry powder, tuna (with French dressing (a 85 g)) and fresh chives (25 g).

Directions

  1. Clean cauliflower, cut into small florets.
  2. Bring potatoes in large saucepans in a layer of water with salt to the boil.
  3. After 5 minutes, add cauliflower and cook together for about 10 minutes.
  4. Clean red peppers, remove seeds and cut pepper into very narrow strips.
  5. Peel and chop onions and garlic.
  6. Heat oil in frying pan and fry red pepper and onion for 3 minutes.
  7. Add garlic and curry powder and fry for 1 min.
  8. Distribute tuna into small pieces.
  9. Add cauliflower to potatoes, add onion mixture and coarsely coagulate.
  10. Cut half the chives above and tuna through them.
  11. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  12. Warm up well.
  13. Divide stew over 4 plates.
  14. Rest the chives above it finely..
