Gratinated tacos with burritoso dish
Mexican taco dish with sweet potato, paprika, beans, cheese and a salad of lettuce and cucumber.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into cubes of 1½ cm. Boil for 5 minutes in water with salt. Drain.
