Tagliatelle with sweet potato, basil and italian pasta

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the Italian mince loose and fry, along with the onion.

Peel the sweet potato and cut it into small cubes.

Then add the sweet potato, garlic and the white wine or water.

Close the pan and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the tagliatelle al dente in water with salt according to the instructions on the package.

Drain the tagliatelle and mix in the frying pan with the minced meat mixture.

Tear the basil leaves and add them to the dish.
