Ribeye with pesto butter
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, soft butter, green pesto, broccoli, potato croquettes (frozen, 450 g), ribeye (a ca. 200 g), salt and pepper and deep-frying fat.

Heat frying fat to 180 ºC.

Mix 75 g of butter with pesto.

Form butter into a roll using aluminum foil.

Place in aluminum foil and place in refrigerator.

Divide broccoli into florets, wash and simmer for approx.

6 minutes in a little water.

Prepare potato croquettes in deep fryer according to instructions.

Heat butter left over in 2 frying pans.

Ribeye bake medium in 2 to 4 minutes per side.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Pesto butter cut into 4 slices.

Serve Ribeye with pesto butter, potato croquettes and broccoli..
