A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, soft butter, green pesto, broccoli, potato croquettes (frozen, 450 g), ribeye (a ca. 200 g), salt and pepper and deep-frying fat.

Directions

  1. Heat frying fat to 180 ºC.
  2. Mix 75 g of butter with pesto.
  3. Form butter into a roll using aluminum foil.
  4. Place in aluminum foil and place in refrigerator.
  5. Divide broccoli into florets, wash and simmer for approx.
  6. 6 minutes in a little water.
  7. Prepare potato croquettes in deep fryer according to instructions.
  8. Heat butter left over in 2 frying pans.
  9. Ribeye bake medium in 2 to 4 minutes per side.
  10. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  11. Pesto butter cut into 4 slices.
  12. Serve Ribeye with pesto butter, potato croquettes and broccoli..
