Fish in mustard sauce with herb rice
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice (bag a 1 kg), eggplant, red pepper, cooking cream (light (250 ml)), coarse mustard (pot a 210 g), coal fish fillet (frozen, 400 g), olive oil and Provençal (spices).

Boil rice according to directions on packaging.

Clean aubergine and paprika and cut into pieces.

Cook the cooking cream in a skillet.

Mustard and add salt and pepper to taste.

Put in fish fillets and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Here eggplant, pepper and herbs for 5 min.

Stir in the rice, add salt and pepper to taste and heat for 1 min.

Spread fish fillets with sauce over 4 plates and add rice next to it..
