                            Wok soup with endive, noodles and shiitake
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: forest mushroom broth (from tablet), onion, fresh ginger, shii-branch mushrooms (100 g), wok oil (bottle a 500 ml), vegetarian stir-fry cubes (175 g), sliced endive (400 g) and noodles (a 250 g).

Directions
- 
                                Broth to the boil.
- 
                                Peel and chop onions.
- 
                                Peel the ginger and cut the carrot into small pieces.
- 
                                Shiitake the brush and cut into slices.
- 
                                Heat in wok oil.
- 
                                Sprout onion and ginger for 1 min.
- 
                                Add stir-fry cubes and fry for 2 minutes.
- 
                                Add Shiitake and endive and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- 
                                Bring the broth to the vegetable mixture, crush it in pieces, bring it to the boil and let it boil for 1 min.
- 
                                Season the soup with salt and pepper.
