Kale stew with sausage

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Heat the olive oil in a wok and fry the potato cubes for 2-3 minutes. Add the kale hand in hand and let the leaves shrink in a pinch. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and add 100 ml of water. Smother everything covered in 15 minutes gently cooked.

In the meantime, cut the smoked sausage so that everyone has a piece of smoked sausage and halve these pieces. Roast the pieces of smoked sausage in a grill pan until they are warm and have brown stripes. Halve the onions.

Stamp the kale mixture into a coarse stew. Spoon half of the onions with some liquid from the pot through the stew. Mix everything into a smooth stew and add some salt and pepper. Serve the kale stew with the sausage pieces and the remaining onions.
