Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Heat the olive oil in a wok and fry the potato cubes for 2-3 minutes. Add the kale hand in hand and let the leaves shrink in a pinch. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and add 100 ml of water. Smother everything covered in 15 minutes gently cooked.
  2. In the meantime, cut the smoked sausage so that everyone has a piece of smoked sausage and halve these pieces. Roast the pieces of smoked sausage in a grill pan until they are warm and have brown stripes. Halve the onions.
  3. Stamp the kale mixture into a coarse stew. Spoon half of the onions with some liquid from the pot through the stew. Mix everything into a smooth stew and add some salt and pepper. Serve the kale stew with the sausage pieces and the remaining onions.
