Tortilla with stir-fry vegetables and tofu
A nice mexican recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: onions, kidney beans, (sunflower) oil, tofu stir-fry spicy seasoned (200 g), Dutch stir-fry mix (400 g), wrapt tortillas (280 g), mild salsa sauce (a 260 ml), grated cheese ( 25 (slightly spicy and 100 g)).
Peel and chop onions.
Drain the beans.
Heat in wok oil and stir-fry 3 minutes.
Add onions and vegetables and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
Add beans and heat for a further 2 minutes.
Warm the tortillas according to the instructions.
Salsa by creating a vegetable mixture.
Tortilla; s on four deep plates.
Distribute vegetable mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
