Steamed thai chicken
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, sesame seeds, lemon (scrubbed), Thai fish sauce, chicken fillets (halved), broccoli (in florets), fresh ginger (in thin slices) and chili sauce.

Roast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan over medium heat until they turn light brown and start to smell and then put them on a plate.

Cut the lemon in half.

Squeeze the juice from one half and cut the other half into thin slices.

Stir together the juice and the fish sauce.

Rub the chicken fillets and marinate in 15 min.

Bring water in a pan to the boil.

Cut out of the baking paper a circle that is slightly larger than the steam basket.

Puncture holes.

Put in the steam basket and divide the broccoli.

Put the chicken breasts on top and the slices of lemon and ginger on top.

Steam the whole in 20 minutes until done and spoon on 4 plates.

Pour the chilli sauce over it and sprinkle with the sesame seed.

Delicious with pandan rice..
