A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, traditional olive oil, thick slice of ham, chilled hüttenkäse cheese and multigrain boulogne bake bread.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 ºC.
  2. Halve the courgettes in the length and hollow the halves with a spoon to 1/2 cm from the wall. Cut the flesh small. Chop the onion.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pulp with the onion for 3 minutes on low heat. Cut the ham into cubes and bake for 1 min.
  4. Sprinkle the courgette halves with salt and pepper. Slice the parsley. Mix with the cottage cheese with the grated cheese.
  5. Scoop the onion-zucchini mixture through. Season with pepper and salt.
  6. Place the zucchini halves in a greased oven dish and fill them with the zucchini cheese mixture. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over it and drizzle with the rest of the oil.
  7. Fry the courgettes in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and done. Place the baguette next to it and bake it in 6-8 minutes.
  8. Cut the bread into slices and serve at the zucchini.
