French calf burgers with ham
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, veal mince, cream pâté (loosened), ham (finely chopped), French mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg, fresh parsley ((a 25 g) and finely chopped).

In bowl mince with pâté, ham, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg, parsley and to taste salt and pepper mix well and knead into a firm ball. Mix the minced meat mixture into 8 equal pieces and form each piece into a hamburger of approx. 1 1/2 cm thick. Until use, covered, store in refrigerator.

Put the hamburgers on a greased grate and grill for about 7 minutes on each side. Tasty with mixed salad and baguette.
