Thai fish curry with string beans and rice
Curry of pangasius with pandan rice, coconut milk and string beans.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, finely chop the onion in half rings and the garlic.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the curry paste 3 min. On low heat. Add the onion and garlic and fruit for 4 minutes on low heat.

In the meantime, cut the string beans into 2 cm slanted pieces.

Add the string beans, tomato cubes and coconut milk, bring to the boil, put the lid on the pan and simmer for 8 minutes on low heat.

In the meantime cut the fish into 2 cm pieces. Add them to the curry and cook for 6 minutes with the lid on the pan.

Divide the rice over deep plates and scoop out the curry.
