Directions

  1. Clean the carrots and snow peas.
  2. Cut the carrots diagonally into thin slices.
  3. Halve the snow peas.
  4. Cut the broccoli florets into smaller florets.
  5. Cut the peppers in quarter lengthwise and remove the seeds and seeds.
  6. Cut the peppers into thin strips and halve the strips.
