Turkey fillet with ginger
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, garlic, traditional olive oil and barbecue sauce.

Light the barbecue.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into thin slices.

Peel and grate the ginger. Slice the garlic.

Mix the ketjapmarinade half of the ginger and half of the garlic. Marinate the turkey in the ketjapmarinadeen let stand for a moment.

Drizzle the courgettes with the oil and sprinkle with the rest of the garlic, pepper and salt.

Grill the turkey breast and zucchini slices brown on both sides and cook in approx. 4 min.

In a frying pan without butter or oil, bake the rest of the ginger for 2 minutes and mix it with the rice. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the ginger rice with the turkey breast and zucchini. Serve the barbecue sauce separately.
