Jalapeñoburger with guacamole and cheddar-maiskoekje
Soft bun with a jalapeñoburger, guacamole and a biscuit made of corn, cheddar, coriander and paprika.

Light the barbecue.

Remove the seed lists from the peppers. Cut the flesh into cubes of ½ x ½ cm (brunoise).

Cut the cheddar into smaller pieces. Drain the corn and put the cheese, coriander and the flour in the food processor and grind in 8 seconds. to a coarse paste.

Put the peppers through them and distribute them in portions to the size of the burgers on a piece of baking paper.

Cover with baking paper and grill for 6 minutes on the barbecue. Turn halfway. Let cool in the baking paper on a plate.

Grill the burgers on the barbecue for 12 minutes. Times regularly. In the meantime, prepare the guacamole according to the instructions on the packaging.

Cut the bread rolls open and divide the lettuce. Apply consecutively with a cheddar-maisonette, a burger and 1 tbsp guacamole. Divide the coriander over it.

Cover with the top of the buns. Serve the rest of the guacamole next to it.
