Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
  2. Knead the dough and divide into 2 or 4 equal pieces. Sprinkle the worktop with flour and roll out the dough into thin pieces.
  3. Place the bottoms on the baking trays and brush with oil. Bake for about 5 minutes in the oven.
  4. Divide the mozzarella over the dough and bake for another 5 minutes in the oven. Remove from the oven and spread the ham, watercress and pine nuts loosely over them. Serve the wasabi mascarpone with the pizzas.
