Puffed potatoes with garlic topping
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, potatoes (approx 150 g), chicken fillet (about 350 g), onions, dried tomatoes on oil, garlic, deliberately light with olive oil (margarine, tub a 500 g), iceberg lettuce, vinegar and carrot julienne (150 g).

Clean potatoes, pierce and cook in microwave at full power (700 watts) in approx.

12 min.

Cover potatoes covered with kitchen towel for approx.

10 minutes.

Cut the chicken fillet into approx.

16 pieces of approx.
-
5 cm.
-
Cut half onion, cut the remaining pieces into 8 pieces.
-
Allow to drain and collect 4 tbsp oil.
-
To satéprikkers alternate onion, chicken and to prick.

Cover skewers with 1 t of collected oil.

Grill pan heating and skewers in 10 min.

Cooked and brown.

Garlic extensively squeezing light.

Rest of dried to finely cut and by consciously mixing light.

Clean and cut into strips.

Stir in oil, vinegar, salt and pepper until dressing.

Mix lettuce with chopped onion, carrot and dressing.

Puffed potatoes on top, sprinkle with a little salt and serve with garlic, lettuce and skewers..
