Puffed potatoes with fish cakes
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pangasius fillet ((fish, 400 g, frozen), thawed), surimi sticks (200 g), sweet chilli sauce (bottle 250 ml), potatoes (floury), sunflower oil, iceberg lettuce (in thin strips) ) and thousand islands salad dressing (bottle 450 ml).

Preheat the oven to 190 ºC. Grind the pangasius fillet and surimisticks in the food processor. Mix in a bowl with the chili sauce and salt and pepper. Form 8 cookies with moist hands and put covered in the refrigerator.

Prick holes in the potatoes with a fork and wrap them in aluminum foil. Puff the potatoes in the oven for about 45 minutes.

Turn off the oven and leave the potatoes in it. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the fish cakes in 6 min. Until golden brown and done. Turn halfway. Meanwhile, mix the salad with the dressing, pepper and salt. Serve the salad, fish cakes and potatoes separately. Place some wedges between the fish cakes.
