Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Rinse in a colander under cold running water.

Halve the cucumber in the length. Remove the seeds with a teaspoon and cut the flesh into thin slices.

Cut the chicken into thin slices. Cut the apples unpeeled in four, remove the core and cut the quarters into thin parts.

Cut the celery into thin slices. Mix the goat's cheese with the crème fraîche and rosemary into a dressing.

Mix the cucumber, celery, chicken, apple and dressing through the pasta. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
