Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls for 8 minutes. Remove from the pan and keep warm under aluminum foil.

Fry the stir-fry mix in the remaining shortening for 5 minutes on a high heat.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a generous amount of water according to the instructions on the packaging.

Cut the string beans into 3 cm pieces and add the last 3 minutes to the paste. Drain and collect a cup of cooking liquid.

Mix the cheese through the stir-fry mix and heat for 3 min. On medium heat. Add the pasta and French beans and ½ cup of cooking liquid.

Divide the balls over the stir fry mixture. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon above and garnish with the oregano from the spice mix.
