Cauliflower with curry sauce and tartar
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, baby potatoes (700 g), cauliflower (in small florets), beef tartare (a 2 pieces), curry sauce (26 g), semi-skimmed milk, pineapple pieces ((227 g) and drained).

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes in 10 min. Golden brown and done. Cook the cauliflower in 8 minutes until al dente. Heat the rest of the oil in another frying pan and fry the tarttails in 8 min. Golden brown and just done.

Put the sauce mix with the milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring. Add the pineapple pieces and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Divide the potatoes with tartar and cauliflower over 4 plates. Spoon the curry sauce over the cauliflower.
