Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain in a colander and spread over the bowls or deep plates.

In the meantime, remove the stalk of the haricots verts and cut them into pieces.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the haricots verts and stir fry mix 3 min.

Crumble the bouillon tablet above and add the fish sauce. Pour the coconut milk and the water and bring to the boil.

Add the prawns and cook over low heat until they are done.

Slice the coriander. Divide the soup over the noodles in the bowls or plates. Garnish with the coriander.
