Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Spray the worktop with flour. Place the thawed dough slices together on the counter and roll them out into a rectangular piece.

Line the baking dish with the dough.

Boil the cauliflower with the broccoli for 5 minutes in a small layer of water with salt and drain.

Cut the tomatoes into wedges and remove the seeds. Spread the cauliflower, broccoli and tomato over the dough base.

Beat the eggs and stir in the whipped cream, cheese, thyme leaves, coriander, salt and pepper.

Pour the egg-cream mixture over the vegetables. Fry the vegetable pie in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and done.
