Steak with cocoa barbecue sauce

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the onion and garlic until transparent.

Put the sugar, cayenne pepper and coriander through and fry for a few minutes.

Stir in the cocoa, mustard, ketchup and vinegar and quench with the coffee.

Bring to the boil and let the sauce simmer for 4-5 minutes. Season with salt.
