Delicious bits with mustard sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, solid potatoes (bag a 1 kg), full curd cheese (a 500 g), mayonnaise, Dijon mustard (pot a 215 g), fresh parsley (a 30 g), soft-sour apples, boiled beetroot ( approx. 500 g) and delicious jelly beans (a ca. 225 g).

Drill potatoes under running water, halve and boil for approx.

20 minutes.

Mix quark with mayonnaise and mustard.

Cut the parsley finely and create it with cottage cheese.

Season with salt and pepper.

Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut the apple into pieces.

Peel the beetroot and cut into slices.

In microwave beets with apple, cover for approx.
-
2 minutes with heating at the highest setting (700 watts).

Heat up some sweet currants in approx.
-
3 minutes in a dry skillet.

Serve tasty chunks with boiled potatoes in peel, mustard sauce and beetroot..
