Wok paksoi with mushrooms


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sunflower oil, beef strips (350 g), garlic (finely chopped), sesame oil (250 ml bottle), oyster sauce (250 ml bottle), egg noodles (250 g), bok choy, mushroom melange ((200 g)) and in slices).

Directions

  1. Heat 2 tbsp sunflower oil in a stirring stir fry the beef strips 2 min. With half the garlic and 1 tsp sesame oil. Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce after 1 min. Remove the meat from the woks and make the woks clean.
  2. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile cut the stems and leaf of the bok choy in width into strips of 2 cm. Heat 1 tbsp sunflower oil in the wok and add the rest of the garlic and 1 tsp sesame oil. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry 2 minutes. Fry the paksoi for 2 minutes. Add the meat and season with the rest of the oyster sauce. Stir fry for 1 min. Divide the noodles over 4 bowls and put the bok choy on them.
