Directions

  1. Heat the oil and fry the onion rings, the carrot and the potato cubes a few minutes until they are slightly discolored and softer.
  2. Add the garlic and white cabbages and stir fry briefly.
  3. Pour the wine and fish stock into the pan and bring to a boil. Let the vegetables simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Then put the fish on top, close with the lid and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Pour a little bit of olive oil over the fish just before serving and sprinkle the dish with coriander.
