Light the barbecue and preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Bake the rolls according to the instructions on the package.

Put the carrot julienne in a bowl and mix in the caesar dressing. Cut the lettuce into strips.

Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel.

Cut the flesh into slices in width. Grate the cheese.

Squeeze the meatballs flat to give them about 1 cm thick. Grill the burgers for 4 minutes on the barbecue. Turn halfway.

Cut the buns in half. Fill the bottom halves successively with lettuce, Parmesan cheese, a burger, carrot julienne and slices of avocado.
