Mini pizzas with goat cheese

Preheat oven to 225 ° C.

Prepare the bread mix with the water and oil according to the instructions on the package. Divide the dough into four equal pieces. Roll out the dough on the floured countertop to a round of 15 cm. average. Let it travel for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, zip the leaves and needles from the sprigs of the spice mix. Grease the griddle, crumble the goat cheese and halve the cherry.

Place the dough on the greased baking sheet and brush with sour cream. Divide the goat's cheese and toast over the dough. Sprinkle the herbs over it. Grind the pepper on top and drizzle with the rest of the oil.

Fry the mini pizzas in the center of the oven for approx. 20 min. Until crispy and done. Serve with rucola salad.
