Ingredients
- 400 gram rice optionally
- 400 gram half to half minced
- 1 bag Spice meatballs
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon liquid baking product
- 250 gram green bean in pieces
- 200 gram frozen pea
- 1 bunch parsley finely chopped
- 1 bunch coriander finely chopped
- 20 gram arugula finely chopped
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Boil the rice in water with some salt according to the instructions on the package.

Knead the minced meat well with the meatballs and roll small balls.

Heat the oil or butter and fry the balls around brown.

Meanwhile, cook the beans al dente and add the peas for the last 2 minutes.

Drain the vegetables and mix them with the rice, the balls and the parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
