Stew with Spanish sausages


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ready-to-eat table potatoes (800 g), olive oil, Catalan bratwurst (a 6 pieces), fresh spinach (a 300 g), garlic (pressed) and crème fraîche.

Directions

  1. Bring water with salt to the boil and cook the potatoes with the lid on the pan in 10-12 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the sausages over low heat for 7-8 minutes, turning them over regularly.
  3. Keep the sausages warm until they are used (eg in aluminum foil).
  4. Meanwhile, heat the spinach in portions in a wok1 tablespoon of oil and stir-fry pan.
  5. Season with garlic, salt and pepper, add more oil if necessary.
  6. Transfer the spinach to a colander and press out as much excess moisture as possible.
  7. Mash the cooked potatoes with the crème fraiche and pour in the drained spinach.
  8. Serve the stew with the sausages..
