Stew with Spanish sausages
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ready-to-eat table potatoes (800 g), olive oil, Catalan bratwurst (a 6 pieces), fresh spinach (a 300 g), garlic (pressed) and crème fraîche.

Bring water with salt to the boil and cook the potatoes with the lid on the pan in 10-12 minutes.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the sausages over low heat for 7-8 minutes, turning them over regularly.

Keep the sausages warm until they are used (eg in aluminum foil).

Meanwhile, heat the spinach in portions in a wok1 tablespoon of oil and stir-fry pan.

Season with garlic, salt and pepper, add more oil if necessary.

Transfer the spinach to a colander and press out as much excess moisture as possible.

Mash the cooked potatoes with the crème fraiche and pour in the drained spinach.

Serve the stew with the sausages..
