                                Wipe off mushrooms and cut into slices. Peel and chop onion. Heat oil in frying pan. Bake onion and mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Pour half of the moisture released.

                                Add cream cheese and let it melt. Preheat pancakes according to directions on the package. Heat garden peas and carrots according to directions on the package. Season the mushroom sauce with salt and pepper.

                                Spoon sauce on pancakes and double fold pancakes. Serve with vegetables.
