Pasta broccoli e salsiccia


Wintry pasta with broccoli, bratwurst, garlic and spicy cheese.

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. In another pan, boil the broccoli florets for 3 minutes in plenty of boiling water with a little salt. In the meantime, cut the garlic finely. Drain the florets and rinse them with ice cold water.
  2. Cut the sausages in length with a sharp knife and pull off the skin. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and roast the sausage meat with the garlic. Press the sausage meat with a wooden spoon until it falls apart and turns brown.
  3. Then turn the heat down and let it cook thoroughly for another 3-5 minutes. Season the mixture with (freshly ground) pepper and (sea) salt. Drain the pasta and scoop it on high heat through the broccoli-breast mixture.
  4. Grate the cheese. Sprinkle the dish with cheese and keep stirring until it is hot through and through.
