Ingredients
Directions
-
Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. In another pan, boil the broccoli florets for 3 minutes in plenty of boiling water with a little salt. In the meantime, cut the garlic finely. Drain the florets and rinse them with ice cold water.
-
Cut the sausages in length with a sharp knife and pull off the skin. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and roast the sausage meat with the garlic. Press the sausage meat with a wooden spoon until it falls apart and turns brown.
-
Then turn the heat down and let it cook thoroughly for another 3-5 minutes. Season the mixture with (freshly ground) pepper and (sea) salt. Drain the pasta and scoop it on high heat through the broccoli-breast mixture.
-
Grate the cheese. Sprinkle the dish with cheese and keep stirring until it is hot through and through.
