Mie with mussels in sweet and sour sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, broken green beans (bag 1 kg, frozen), cooked mussels (450 g, frozen), noodles (pack 500 g), oil, onions (in parts), leeks (in slanted slices) and wok sauce (sweet sour (200 ml)).

Bring plenty of water to the boil.

Put the green beans and mussels in a colander, put them on a pan and pour the boiling water over them, so that they thaw.

Shake and drain.

Boil the water according to the instructions on the package and drain in a colander.

Heat in a stirring oil and fry the onion for about 3 minutes.

Add the leeks and stir-fry 3 minutes.

Add the green beans and mussels, add the wok sauce and bring it to the boil while stirring.

Let the dish simmer for 5 minutes.

Spoon the noodles into 4 bowls or deep plates and scoop the sauce..
