Shake the pieces of meat with the flour and some salt.

Heat the butter and fry the meat in portions around. Scoop the onions out of the pan and fry the onions in low fat in about 5 minutes.

Put all the meat back in the pan and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir everything and bring to the boil.
