Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Cook the potato slices with salt in 8-10 minutes until al dente. Well the apricots.

Bring the sauerkraut to the boil, drain and drain. Drain the potatoes and steam them dry.

Spread a layer of potatoes over the baking dish. Divide the sauerkraut, apricots and chicken strips over it and finish with another layer of potatoes.
