Potato slices with chicken and tuna


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, potato slices (700 g), chicken fillet in cubes (about 350 g), Provençal herbs, tuna oil, cucumber, sour cream, capers and spring onions (in rings).

Directions

  1. Potato slices according to instructions for cooking.
  2. Dice chicken cubes with herbs, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook 3 tbsp oil (tuna) in frying pan and fry chicken for 6 min.
  4. Peel the cucumber and cut into slices.
  5. Cut cucumber slices with 2 tbsp sour cream, 1 tbsp vinegar (from jar of capers), 1 chopped spring onion, salt and pepper.
  6. Drain the tuna and mix it with capers, the rest of the rings of spring onions and the rest of sour cream with chicken cubes.
  7. Heating for 2 more minutes.
  8. Divide the potato slices and chicken tuna mixture over four plates, creating cucumber salad next to it..
