Farmhouse scrambled eggs with old cheese


Scrambled eggs with buttermilk, Dutch wok vegetables, champagnes, curry and old cheese on wholemeal bread.

Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the wok vegetables and mushrooms for 4 min.
  2. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the buttermilk, curry powder, pepper and salt.
  3. Mix the cheese through the vegetables. Pour the egg mixture over it. Fry the egg while stirring with a spatula on medium heat in 5 min. Just done.
  4. Put the bread on the plates and scoop up the scrambled eggs.
