Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the wok vegetables and mushrooms for 4 min.

Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the buttermilk, curry powder, pepper and salt.

Mix the cheese through the vegetables. Pour the egg mixture over it. Fry the egg while stirring with a spatula on medium heat in 5 min. Just done.

Put the bread on the plates and scoop up the scrambled eggs.
