Directions

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Add the garden peas for the last 3 minutes. Drain, rinse cold and drain well.

Meanwhile, cut the radishes into quarters and cut the samphire into pieces.

Remove the skin from the salmon and divide the fish into pieces.

Cut the sushi ginger very finely and mix with the yoghurt and wasabi into a dressing.

Add the dressing, samphire, radishes and 2/3 of the salmon to the pasta with garden peas and scoop.

Divide the rest of the salmon over it and sprinkle with the poppy seeds. Yummy! .
