Asparagus with ham and chive sauce

Peel the asparagus all around with a peeler from just below the cup and remove the woody bottom.

Cook the asparagus for 10 minutes. Switch off the heat and let it cook for 10 minutes with the lid on the pan.

Meanwhile, cook the potatoes in water with salt in 10 min. Until done and boil the eggs in 8 min. Let scare under cold running water.

Mix the crème fraîche with the chives and press the garlic above it. Add pepper and possibly salt. Stir well. Peel the eggs and cut into wedges.

Divide the asparagus with the ham, potatoes and egg over the plates. Add the chive sauce. Bon appétit! .
