Pork tenderloin with farm boys
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pork tenderloin (about 500 g), mustard, thyme, butter, Boer'n Friet'n (750 g), beef stock (pot a 380 ml), farmer's boys and oil for frying.

Dab the meat with kitchen paper, cover with mustard and sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.

If necessary, fold in thin portions of pork tenderloin and secure with cocktail stick, so that meat is cooked for a short while.

Heat butter in a frying pan.

Turn meat around brown.

Put down the heat and cook pork tenderloins in 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, heating frying oil.

Remove the meat from the pan (leave cooking fat in pan), wrap it in aluminum foil and let it rest for another 5 minutes.

Frites according to instructions for golden brown baking.

Fond and stir through shortening of meat.

Bake loafs well and reduce the gravy slightly.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the pork tenderloins and distribute them over four warm plates.

Create gravy.
