Summer salad with chicken and avocado
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, walnuts (55 g), avocados, red onion, mixed iceberg lettuce (extra (200 g)), wholemeal bread, margarine (liquid), chicken fillet (a la minute) and salad dressing blue cheese (bottle a 270 ml).

Roast walnuts in a dry frying pan for 3 minutes.

Let cool.

Peel, halve, peel and slice avocados and cut into slices.

Peel onion and cut into rings.

Spread 4 plates.

Distribute avocado, nuts and onion rings.

Toast bread in toaster.

Heat margarine in frying pan.

Chicken in brown and cooked for about 4 minutes.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place chicken fillet next to salad and sprinkle dressing over salad.

Serve with toasted bread..
