Pasta gratin with zucchini
Oven pasta with bacon, leek and zucchini with pine nuts and Grana Padano.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Cook the penne al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Wash the leeks and zucchini, cut the leeks in rings and the zucchini into thin slices.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon strips in 3 min. Until crispy.

Add the leeks and cook in 4 minutes until al dente.

Prepare the basil cream sauce according to the instructions on the package.

Drain the penne. Mix the pasta with half of the sauce through the leek-bacon mixture. Season with pepper.

Scoop in the baking dish. Place the courgette on top of it.

Pour the rest of the sauce over the zucchini and sprinkle with the grated cheese and pine nuts.

Bake the pasta in the oven in about 25 minutes until golden brown.
