Bring water with salt to the boil and blanch the sugarsnaps for 1 minute, drain and place in cold water.

Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the suit. Cut the chicory lengthwise and take out the core. Cut the chicory lengthwise into broad strips. Cut the sugarsnaps in the length. Drain the noodle and rinse briefly under cold water.
